Private pool and firepit! This spacious, renovated home located in Chatham is a wonderful vacation rental for the whole family. Light, bright, and spacious with central A/C to keep you well rested and comfortable. Updated appliances, washer and dryer, a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and outside shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, and master bath with shower. The second bedroom includes one queen bed and the third bedroom is great for the kids with a bunk bed (twin over full). The comfortable living room includes two couches and a flat screen TV. The sunroom includes another flat screen TV with games and a game table. Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and the gorgeous sunroom gives you extra space to spread out. Relax in front of the flat screen TV (in each room) or grill out on the on the new 18x20 flagstone patio, with patio furniture: seating for 8, an umbrella, and gas grill and a walk-in outside shower with changing room. Spend the mornings at the beach and come home to relax by the pool in the afternoons. Central to all that Chatham and the Cape have to offer.
